At enDAQ, we stand behind the precision and quality of our sensors and data loggers. If your hardware does not meet your technical requirements, you may return it within 30 days of shipment provided it is in its original condition.

Contact our technical support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any electronics back to our facility.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original anti-static packaging and protective case to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all cables and accessories are included.
Ship to enDAQ
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our designated service center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our engineers verify the device's functionality and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
