Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers to common questions about our high-precision vibration sensors and data loggers.
What is the typical lead time for enDAQ sensors?
Most standard shock and vibration data loggers are in stock and ship within 2-3 business days. Custom configurations or high-volume orders may require 4-6 weeks for calibration and assembly.
Do your devices come with ISO 17025 accredited calibration?
Yes, all enDAQ sensors are shipped with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate. We also offer optional ISO 17025 accredited calibration services for applications requiring higher levels of compliance.
Which software is used to analyze the recorded data?
Every purchase includes access to the enDAQ Lab software, which allows you to configure your device, download data, and perform advanced analysis such as FFT, PSD, and shock response spectrum (SRS).
Do you offer international shipping and handle customs?
We ship our electronics worldwide via major carriers like FedEx and DHL. Please note that while we handle export documentation, customers are responsible for local import duties and taxes.
What is your return policy for electronic hardware?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused hardware in its original packaging. Because our products are precision instruments, returned items are subject to a restocking fee to cover inspection and recalibration.
What payment methods do you accept for enterprise orders?
In addition to major credit cards and PayPal, we accept wire transfers and can offer Net 30 terms for established corporate accounts and government agencies upon credit approval.
